How are the cookies packaged?
Each cookie weighs approximately 2 oz and is individually wrapped in cellophane to keep them fresh, soft, and protected during shipping.
How long do your cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 5–7 days at room temperature when kept sealed. For longer storage, they can be frozen and enjoyed later.
Are your cookies soft or crunchy?
Our cookies are soft-baked, thick, and full of flavor — just like homemade cookies should be.
When will my order ship?
